CF DZ Fool 387 TP X ET Born April 17, 2003 Sire: CF Trump X, many times Sire of the Year Dam: CF Dazzle Fool 8105 X ET, the Cates / Sullivan / Milestone Donor out of HS Nobody’s Fool Her first natural calf weighed 77# at birth and was weaned at 41/2 months, weighing 496#, without creep. He has never been on full feed, but weighed 1150# at ten months. DZ has certainly shown her ability to add her genetics and performance to her calves. CF DZ Fool 387 I have had a heifer pictured in my mind most of my life. I was beginning to think I would never find her until one fall day when I walked into the barn at Cates Farms and there stood DZ. Brian Cates got her out and walked her for me and I knew that I had found THE heifer I had looked for all those years. One of the things that made her THE heifer is that I knew she could produce a calf as good as or better than herself. After all, isn’t that what a female is supposed to do? Eastern Sky Sarah 604 ET Sarah is the very first heifer out of DZ. She is an HD Bloodstone born Sept 20, 2006 and purchased by Jacob Boyert of Seville , Ohio . Sarah was third in a class of eleven at the 2007 Junior Nationals in Lawton , Oklahoma . She was Grand Champion Female at the 2007 Ohio State Fair Junior Show. |
CF DZ Fool 770 BS ET Won her class at the 2008 Junior Nationals CF DZ Fool 770 BS ET is the first and only DZ/Bloodstone heifer born at Cates Farms and sold as lot #1 for $45,000 to Bailey Clanton. She was Reserve Grand Champion Female at the 2007 Keystone International Livestock Exposition. |
